Peanuts vs. Almonds...

As you will note, both of these nutrient dense foods have very similar nutritional profiles. When it comes to which is better, it may very well boil down to digestibility. The almond is a nut and the peanut is a bean. Some can digest one or the other more easily, therefore being the better choice. When it comes to calories, both nut butters are dense in nutrients, making them an excellent choice for daily eating.
